A rigorous analysis of the market was conducted to understand expectations for financial brands to participate in sustainability practices. A large-scale quantitative investigation, supported by deep dive focus groups, clearly disseminating what is important to the consumer led to the development of a first of its kind advert. Rigorous testing was conducted through RED C’s RED Star Advertising Analysis tool, testing emotional and rational reaction to the advert.

Outcome

The research resulted in our client becoming first financial services provider in market to launch a major advertising campaign showing how you can do right by the planet through their choice of financial provider. Results on the business hit record numbers in terms of web traffic overall - leading to big increases in requests for appointments/call backs with advisers.
