After more than a month of restrictions and lockdown, Ireland entered the first phase of five phases for a gradual opening of society and the economy last week.
While this is positive news for most Irish brands, it also requires a change in mindset. From focusing on guiding customers and staff safely through the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown, brands now need to plan for the “new normal” which could be quite different from the “old normal”.
