In the face of extensive challenges to leisure travel from issues including Covid, Brexit and the cost of living crisis, we have been working closely with our client to track holidaymakers’ needs and behaviours in markets across Europe and North America. Using quant and qual techniques, we have conducted multiple waves of research: as well as tracking attitudes, we have also run deep-dives into brand, communications and target audiences for growth


Findings from the research are delivered to both our client’s key stakeholders but also within the wider tourism sector, providing consumer-centric insight to help address the ongoing risks to the travel industry
