We’re looking for a Research Executive/ Senior Research Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in market research and consumer behaviour who’s ready to build hands-on experience across both qualitative and quantitative projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality research projects for our clients. You will help manage studies from inception to completion, ensuring actionable insights and exceptional client service. You will work closely with senior researchers to support all stages of the project lifecycle — from designing questionnaires and discussion guides to analysing data and helping create compelling client reports and presentations.
What you will do
- Work with and support projects lead by research Directors and Associate Directors across a broad range of industry sectors and covering the public and private sector.
- Assist in the design and setup of research projects (quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups, etc.
- Assist in the creation of winning proposals for new business
- Help managing projects from beginning to end – this will include, questionnaire design, sample frame creation, fieldwork monitoring, data checks and report creation
- Help with data checking, tabulations, and preliminary analysis
- Support the creation of insightful story led reports and visual presentations for clients
About You
- A curious, analytical, and detail-oriented thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident with numbers and comfortable using Excel or data tools
- A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ideally, a degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Marketing, Business, Sociology, Statistics, or similar)
- Some prior experience or internship in research, data analysis, or marketing is a plus — but enthusiasm and potential matter most for an entry level position, for the more senior role we would expect 1-2 years experience at a research agency or research department in a business.
