Senior Research Executive/ Research Project Manager

As a Senior Research Executive/ Research Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality research projects for our clients. You will help manage studies from inception to completion, ensuring actionable insights and exceptional client service. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple industries in a fast-paced, supportive, and innovative environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Overall, to work with and support projects lead by research Directors and Associate Directors across a broad range of industry sectors and covering the public and private sector.
- Client development and interaction
- Identifying, developing and nurturing long term client relationships
- Providing an excellent level of client service
- Project management responsibilities
- Develop and assist in the creation of winning proposals for new business.
- Managing projects from beginning to end – this will include, questionnaire design, sample frame creation, fieldwork monitoring, data checks and report creation.
- Designing and writing engaging, insight-driven and action-focused project deliverables
- Supporting qualitative research studies where relevant. Not a primary part of this role but an aspect of it for those interested in qualitative research.
- Business development
- Playing an active role in developing and designing relevant new ways of working and products for the agency – including research techniques, analysis and outputs
- Understanding and supporting existing RED C products and services.
Extensive training and career development will be provided in all aspects of research and insight delivery, through on the job mentoring and a structured training module course where required. Suitable candidates will preferably have a minimum of three years experience either at a research agency or within a research function at a company in another sector.
