As a result of recent growth, we are currently seeking to expand our Qualitative Recruiter Panel Nationally.
RED C is one of the largest qualitative research providers in Ireland and the UK. Conducting over €3.5m worth of qualitative research every year in Ireland, the UK, and in global markets. We conduct work on a variety of interesting topics, where you and the people you recruit can make a real and meanigful difference to brands, organisations and government departments.

The Role
As an Qualitative Recruiter, you’ll:
- Recruit members of the public in person, either on the street or at their doorsteps to take part in qualitative research.
- Represent RED C Research professionally while gathering valuable insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and approachable individuals who enjoy speaking with people.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable recruiting the public to take part in qualitative in depth and ethnographic research projects.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Reliable with a professional approach to work
Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience recruiting respondents for Focus Groups, Depth Interviews, Online Communities, Accompanied Shops, WhatsApp Groups, Vox Pops etc
- Should have good computer skills and knowledge of file transfer software is essential.
