Due to RED C’s continued ongoing success as Ireland’s premier provider of market research consultancy services and our expansion into global markets, we are looking to recruit a Data Processing executive to help us keep growing. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with a strong background in survey scripting, data analysis and dashboard development.

The Role

As part of the role, you will:

  • prepare multi methodology scripts for interviewing (CATI/CAPI/CAWI) ensuring functionality & logic accuracy.
  • use relevant data analysis tools to prepare and process survey data for tabulation.
  • be comfortable handling large scale tracking projects.
  • have a good knowledge of statistical techniques and weighting of data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for internal and client facing reporting using tools like Forsta Studio or similar visualisation software.

They should also be able to demonstrate an eye for detail and should be committed to delivering consistently high-quality data and support the research team in delivering innovative and robust solutions.

The Candidate

You will have:

  • Minimum three years’ experience, preferably in a Market Research environment
  • A background in mathematics, statistics, computer science or other relevant discipline
  • Experience of Forsta and/or Merlin or other data collection/tabulation tools specific to the market research industry (e.g. SPSS, Quantum)
  • Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML – preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite coupled with strong MS Excel skills.
  • Be computer literate and comfortable working with technology.
  • Familiarity with questionnaire design and data collection methods
