We are now hiring for a Field Executive to join our Operations Department based in Clontarf, Dublin.  You will report to the Field Manager and work closely with the client facing Research Executive team.

The Role
Your role will be to liaise with and help manage our 100+ strong team of face to face interviewers, who conduct interviews and recruit the general public for surveys and focus groups on various projects across the country.  This is certainly a job who loves interacting with people on a daily basis, and has good adminisatration skills.  In your role you will manage the distribution, project managment and return of market research work from the wider interviewer panel. The majority of your communication with the panel interviewers will be over the phone.

As part of the role you will:

  • be briefed by the client facing team on each project
  • approach and allocate shifts to complete the surveys across the interviewer panel
  • brief interviewers on what is required on a project, and be available to address any issues that arise when in the field
  • monitor fieldwork completion and esnure shifts are being completed as allocated
  • undertake random quality control checks to ensure that the work has been completed correctly
  • follow up with interviewers in the event that work does not meet quality standards
  • help imporve processes, contribute to panel recruitment drives and provide training for the existing panel

The Candidate
You will:

  • have at least 2 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally in the market research industry
  • be an excellent communicator with fluency in verbal and written English
  • have excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines and address issues in a calm manner
  • enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis and be able to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • be able to communicate issues and advise corrective action in a sensitive manner and maintain relationships
  • have excellent attention to detail skills and a track record of following procedures and taking and seeking direction
  • be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be confident in your ability to use new technology.

The position is based in EastPoint Business Park in Clontarf, Dublin 3, but does allow for remote working 2-3 days a week after an intial period of training.
