Romantic research was required to better understand our client’s dating offer and its place in the competitive dating service market.

‘Date night immersions’ were conducted following extensive pre-tasking to really uncover what makes a good profile, a review of the services and the dating journey.

We were able to equip our client with a deepened understanding of dating services behaviour and the brand’s positioning in a competitive marketplace, in addition to identifying future opportunities for taking their offer forwards.
